Premier Plastic Surgery Partners LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill a part-time HR/Payroll/Accounting Specialist position. This role will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to human resources, payroll processing, and basic accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of confidential information.

This is a part-time position, approximately 20-30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options.

Responsibilities:
• Human Resources:
• Partner with our PEO to maintain compliance with all applicable regulations
• Verify and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes.
• Support HR initiatives, such as performance reviews and training programs.
• Answer employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Payroll:
• Administer all aspects of payroll, from data entry and calculations to incorporating manual adjustments for accurate employee pay
• Maintain payroll records and documentation.
• Accounting:
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, address changes and W9 information
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
• Assist with audits and other financial reviews.
• Extract monthly reports from the electronic medical record (EMR) system

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in HR, payroll, and accounting, preferably in a small to medium-sized business environment.
• Working knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Experience and proficiency in ADP TotalSource payroll software, Bill.com AP/AR software and NexTech EMR system
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
