We are seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales and leadership, with a passion for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
-Quote and close insurance sales
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Train, coach, and mentor sales associates on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms for purchasing products
Requirements
- Previous experience as in insurance sales leadership
- Ability to recruit, interview, and train staff effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
