• JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Associate, Underwriting, Real Estate Finance, assists with underwriting to help achieve real estate origination goals.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year accredited institution required
• Minimum of 4+ years of commercial real estate financial modeling experience
• Outstanding quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting
• Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects in parallel while still meeting deadlines
• An ability to synthesize information from various sources and comprehend multiple, distinct points of views
• Demonstrated experience in financial modeling for sophisticated commercial real estate deals
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Highly motivated business professional, able to thrive in small team environment
• Extensive and strong knowledge of Excel, to include financial modeling and CoStar
• Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
